New Azarath was created from Raven's mind by recreating the exact image from the original Azarath. It's a new pocket dimension, replicating every single detail from the original. Since it was made from Raven's mind, the place is connected to it. Whenever her emotions seem affected, it is visible in New Azarath's environment. Since its creation, Raven has been working towards turning the place into a sanctuary for people in need. Just like Azarath was a sanctuary for her and her mother (Arella) when they were in need, New Azarath will provide sanctuary for those in need. It's Raven's way of honoring her home's memory, as well as returning the favor to Earth for welcoming her when she needed it the most.The only way into that dimension is through an authorized portal located inside a ranch in a secluded area in Wyoming. Since the place is connected to Raven's mind, nothing goes in that place without her knowing.

There is a living complex provided for everyone who needs a home. All basic living installations are provided for free to everyone who needs them, including volunteers. The port is a sanctuary dedicated to meditation, parties, and fishing activities.

Not only "New Azarath" has a variety of natural resources and landscapes, it also has several support systems and programs, such as: substance abuse, anger management, counseling, etc.Even though New Azarath allows its residents to profess any religion of their choosing, the place still holds the main plaza –once dedicated to the goddess Azar– as a religious sanctuary for every religion. This without altering the altar for the Goddess.

IMPORTANT:this version of NEW AZARATH is a plot of my own creation. I created it before knowing about Arella's ranch in the comics, then added that detail to my version (in my own way). Everything else was my own ideas. It must not be used without my authorization. Please respect that.
